Trauma is treatable.
Our approach
It is an incredible privilege to get to hold space for our clients. It takes great courage to seek out support and put forth the work required to change. You let yourself be seen, like really seen. That’s no easy feat, therefore our approach is relationship first. We use a non-judgmental, strength based style so that you feel safe enough to do the work required for healing and growth.
Providing you with a safe space
All your appointments will take place in our safe and warm office environment.
Our Location
Our office is conveniently located inside the Primacy Medical Clinic in Chilliwack’s Real Canadian Superstore. Enter through the store, leave discreetly after your session through a private exit.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a form of psychological treatment that has been demonstrated to be effective for a range of problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. CBT is an approach for which there is ample scientific evidence that the methods that have been developed actually produce change.

Mindfulness & Self Compassion
We’re often pretty good at demonstrating compassion for others, but not so much for the self. Self-compassion can be an incredibly tricky process to fully adopt. Where mindfulness can feel like self-care, self-compassion can often be mixed up with feelings of self-indulgence (Rockman, 2016). I believe that mindfulness brings awareness to one's suffering and that self-compassion addresses and ameliorates that suffering, therefore bringing the two together can be a powerful tool for healing.
